Responsibilities:
Support the classroom teacher in implementing daily lessons and activities
Provide academic and behavioral support to individual students or small groups
Assist with classroom management and organization
Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as transitions, lunch, and recess
Help foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom climate
Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
Experience working with young children in an educational setting is strongly preferred
Patience, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and take initiative
